Fast service and friendly staff. Use the app to jump in front of the line. The service is usually fast and friendly at this location. The offer specials and take coupons for a bargain cut. There are only seats for about 10 people but I always found a seat when I arrived.

Great clips is a decent haircut place. Checking in is easy and quick, however I have had an issue with one of the hairstylists recently. I had to repeat my haircut to them multiple times. Although I had told them the same haircut I had recieved the last time I went there, the change was not on the note the lady used. I had also emphasized to scissor cut the bangs on my hair, even though that was already listed on the paper they had received. I exclaimed this to the lady three times. During the time she was cutting my hair, she ended up making far too wide of circles around my ears. If that wasn't bad enough, she also cut off my bangs completely and did not bother to even think twice about my hair style request. It went through one ear and out the other for her. The worst part is that she did not even realize she made the mistake until she had already finished cutting off the bangs completely. Once she had made that mistake, she finally begins to talk to me. She proceeded to say, "Oh I'm sorry I forgot... don't worry it'll grow back." Before then she was nearly silent the entire time. A little later she tells me that I can try some hair gel that she has there. You don't put lights on a broken tree, so why would you try to solve a problem you can't fix. I declined the offer, and just waited until she was completely done cutting my hair. While returning to my seat in the waiting room, I debated not tipping the lady at all. This is not the first time that this problem has occurred either. A few months ago the same problem occurred with my bangs being completely cut off, however that woman did not say anything about the mistake, or even acknowledge the problem at all. Overall I am not satisfied with Great Clips and I really hope they can hire people who actually know what they are doing in the future. I will likely not return to Great Clips in a while.

Extraordinarily bad service! Signed up online, should have been first in line according to website. They took someone who walked in the door after I did without an appointment. If you are looking for convenience do not go here and do not bother with online sign in. She told me they don't look at the online sign in

Worst experience ever!! Not one bit of professionalism displayed by the lady who did haircut for me. I asked her to do 2 on the sides and she just did half and left it there, when i asked her it is not proper she got frustrated and forced the trimmer against my head. This is my 3 bad experience at a great clips and now I am done with great clips, ll find a new salon.
