I write reviews on restaurants I visit, but this is the first for a haircut place. I came to Great Clips this morning and immediately was greeted politely and seated in the chair. Trina had my styling instructions on the computer but apparently it hadn't been updated since my last visit at another location so I explained how I wanted it cut. I'm 66 so I'm really easy to work with....I really don't care if too much is taken off, just make it look nice! I have to say that Trina was extremely competent and took the extra time to make my large bald spot look actually good! She's also very easy on the eyes though I have daughters older than her. I will definitely be back because of Trina's attention to detail and the feeling that I was appreciated as a customer. I highly recommend this Great Clips location.

I just went to get my hair washed. I waited forever and they did nothing, but try to sell me hair products. Didn’t even comb my hair out after. They sucked!!

BEWARE! I read the reviews and took my son anyway for a trim. Worst trim EVER. I cannot even begin to describe it. I complained to the girl who butchered my son's hair but she seemed oblivious. I paid and we left. I had to take him to another place to have it fixed. Unfortunately the "trim" I wanted turned into a very short haircut which was needed to fix it. So so BAD....we will not be returning to this location.
