When it is "break time"  (10:55 am?), the limited staff should let the next-in-line/next-on-screen customer know.  Several visits here previously; not a bad haircut, and wait-time was OK.  Wednesday was an abomination - left sitting, and then standing in the waiting area at least 15 mins after being told "be right back" by the available stylist.  Disappointing; will not return to this location, even though it is most convenient to me.

Personable, well trained staff that listens to what you want and provides. Adorable and professional. My kids live it there too!

Staff is friendly and quick, always pleasant, and they take the time to get little details right. I love going here.

I had my hair cut from a woman that did not give me the cut I wanted. She was a terrible stylist. There seems to be very few people coming here, I think they know the staff is not up to date with newer styles.
