I will never step foot in another Great Clips. I went in Saturday April 22 2017 at 9am so we could go get family pictures done later that afternoon. I told Angie to cut my hair like normal which is a 2 on the sides and back and a 5 on top, which she verified with me. Instead of focusing on cutting my hair she decided she could cut my hair and talk to her coworkers as well. She put the #2 guide on and went to yanking the trimmer through my thick hair, which pulled my hair on multiple occasions. She ran the #2 even through the top of my head as she was paying me no attention. Stay as far away from Great Clips as possible.

Went to Great Clips today. The lady needs to quit her day job and go back to school and learn how it is done. ALL they know how to do is blunt cuts. NO style or character. She sucks

Don't understand the other people's reviews. Every time I go, like today, the place was neat and clean. The lady (Little Christe) cut my hair exactly like I told her the way I wanted. I have always had great service from Great Clips and I will continue to go back. Can't get any better than that.

Horrible haircut....one side was about an inch longer than the other, went back to have it fixed..another woman started cutting and then said "i dont know how to fix it, let me get my supervisor " ...so basically they made it worse.. you couldn't pay me to go back there....
