Just got my hair cut. And it's horrible. Not a bad place, have had my hair cut their before and it's nothing special. But do not let a woman named Lori do your hair if you want anything that isn't a basic hair cut. She didn't even know what asymmetrical meant. I'm at Sally's now. Hopefully I can fix this mess. And she gave me super blunt straight bangs when I asked for a fringe band that blended into the rest of my hair. I look how I did in middle school and I had to pay for it.

Today on June 24th I went into this store asking for a haircut and brought reference photos along so the stylist would know exactly what i wanted. It looks absolutely nothing like the reference photos I provided.

In the photos the haircut is a drastic shaggy a line. What i got is much too short and was in no way fixable. When i was shown the back and asked if it looked okay i said yes because the damage was already done. The length was way too short and there was no saving it.

I got my hair cut today so it would be perfect for Dragon Con in September and now it isn't going to be. Im devastated and it is going to take months for it to grow out to the point I like it.

This is the best hair cutting salon in Griffin.  Most of the employees have been there for many years.  They are experienced, helpful, and listen to the needs of their customers.  The negative comments on this site do not accurately describe the excellent service that is provided at this salon.  Prices are the lowest around at $14 for adults and only $12 for kids and seniors.  Average wait time is typically less than 10 minutes.  This is a fun and professional group of hair stylists that will make you happy with your cut.   Plus, all cuts are guaranteed, so if you do experience an issue, they will correct it for free.

I've been here quite a few times but after my experience yesterday, never again. Yesterday, March 19th (Sunday) I wanted to go with my spouse to get his hair cut. When we went the first time we saw a room full of people waiting so we left and called the receptionist to make an appointment. She said they don't do appointments over-the-phone but that I could make an appointment online. She also reminded me that the wait time was an hour. No problem. I downloaded the Great Clips app, set up an account, and added my spouse to the wait list. The time the app had was 86 MINUTES. Yes, you saw that right. 86 solid minutes. Again, no problem. Me and my man patiently waited. We went to get some ice cream and walked around Wal*Mart for a good hour if not hour and a half. I looked back at the app waiting time and it said "45 minutes". No big deal. We're almost done! My boyfriend looked back at it ten minutes later and it said "48 minutes". We instantly knew something was wrong. Why is the time going up? We hurried over to Great Clips to find out that they were closed!! Maybe I'm wrong but I feel like that is something the app itself should have warned us of. It knows what time Great Clips is opened and closed so it should have told us so. We were very upset. We had waited so long to get his hair cut and it didn't even happen! Not only that but we tried to explain to one of the hair stylists what was going on and she was BEYOND rude! She constantly rolled her eyes at us and not once apologized for the inconvenience on THEIR behalf. We won't be back.
