The past two times I have gone there have been terrible experiences by two different ladies. The first time I went there my hair was cut by a five year old that didnt know how to hold a pair of scissors. It's like she put a bowl on top of my head and shaved all the way around it and then made some cute patterns in my hair. The back of my head had hair cut at a slope of -2.734. She stabbed my ear twice (thankfully no blood). My hair was neither faded nor thinned even though I asked multiple times and she just kept repeating the same simple minded procedures. The second time the same ignorance was shown and she was telling me I look good even though I knew I didnt, because I could physically see different lengths just in my bangs alone. When I walk in the wind it looks like my hair is trying to fly away from my head. Just go to University Barber, It's cheaper and better. I get a few weird looks from the barbers when I walked in and i said "fix me up doc," and what i was given was 100x better than the previous mop of a haircut that was presented to me.

Every experience I have had with Rhonda has been very successful, she does as I ask and leaves me looking great ever time and I do visit her often, thank you Rhonda.

Do not go to this shop!! Most horrible haircut ever!!!! Went in for trim and the bussed my whole head instead of leave my top long!!! I have a very important meeting next week and now I looked like a little three year cut my hair!!!

I came in for a trim and left with unevenly cut hair. Do NOT get Rhonda!! I asked for 2 inches to be cut and even pinched the length of hair I wanted cut. I asked for a very simple cut from the stylist Rhonda, just layers and a 2 inch cut. Instead I lost over 8 inches of my hair. When my hair is down and pulled in front, one side is clearly longer than the other. I also spent a lot of money a couple months ago on balayage and she cut ALL of the color out. I went here because of the reviews but my hair is a complete disaster and now I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed and cut even shorter to compensate for the mess. Will not be going back.

There is a white lady named ronda there she is horriable at fading. Bad. Chili bowl. Like real bad. The rest are better.
