Lyndsey has ALWAYS done an amazing job on cutting and styling my sons hair!! She takes her time and makes she that we both agree on the length and cut. I only visit Great Clips when I know that she's working. Overall they are clean and move all their clients in and out at a decent time.

While the staff is usually friendly, and the wait is generally light, the haircuts I receive are usually mediocre. 3/4 times I have had to make minor adjustments myself after I got home and noticed the faults.

Granddaughter sliced her toe open on the front door(it required 5 stitches)She was bleeding all over the place and not one employee offered to help.A lady who was waiting to get her haircut ran and got some paper towels and another lady just walking by helped me with my special needs grandson while I was trying to stop the bleeding.The woman working there didn't even bat an eye or ask if she was okay.I got in touch with the owner and all he said was he will have a talk with his employees about safety issues.A $1500.00 E.R. bill plus doctors office fees and nothing not even an apology from anyone associated with the place.The blood stains are still on the sidewalk.I have contacted an attorney and will be suing them,which could have been avoided if we would have been treated with a little decency.

Lyndsey completely rushed my haircut and didn't even style it at the end, just left it wet and combed down onto my forehead. There are definitely good stylists in this location, but she is not one of them.

Friendly staff. Great haircut. Beautiful facility.  If you want a great haircut, a great price and a stylist that listens to you go here. :)
