Within the last 2 months I was serviced by Kyesha, usually a trim and hairline edge on a previous bob cut that I received from another stylist...thought to myself..she is keeping it in line and not shabby.The place is convenient and I don't have to wait plus I love the online check in. Then I decided to allow her to cut it short supposedly in a pixie style...I was a little leary because of my hair texture and pattern but she assured me..And I quote I cut all textures of hair, I know what I am doing...I should have went with my gut feeling because my cut is a disaster...It won't even mold into a style, I am accustomed to cuts falling into place...it fans out...a disaster that will remedy itself with time and then I can go a stylist who knows what they are doing...This Great Clips lost a customer. Also, Kyesha it is poor customer service to render the amount  before you know what the customer is giving or how the are giving to pay and to automatically assume that a tip is going to be given...potential customer lost
