I was looking for someone to do a certain razored cut & put it out a fb post asking for recommendations. Carol Grady asked for the chance. Needless to say I have a new stylist. She does an awesome job with a great personality. You don't get that typical walk-in feeling you get at most places.  Thanks Carol!

Carol Grady is the bombdiggity. I had moved to Nashville a while back and could not find anyone that could get my haircut right. I'm happy to that I'm back in Chattanooga and one of the first things I did was to go get my cut by Carol. I'm looking like a million bucks. 👍

My family all get their hair cut here.  The first couple of time were pretty good so we decided to "invest" in their $9.99 haircut prepaid offer.  We spent over $300 on this.  There are 6 in my family, including 4 children.  The manager
 Wendy has been great to work with and has corrected any issue we have had.  Although I must say after purchasing the prepaid card, I am having second thoughts.  One of the stylist completely screwed up my little girls hair, she had waist long hair and I asked for 1 additional layer to be cut. It was already layered and I wanted one more additional layer cut to get some weight off her hair.  This woman cut 3 inches off the length of her hair and cut it into a shag.  NOT long layers.  Now the only option I am left with is letting this awful (too mature haircut for a 5 year old) grow out.  Since "correcting" it would mean cutting another 3 inches off of her hair and it would be too short for a pony tail, I would have a 5 year old broken into tears over no pony tails.  I am not down rating the entire place as I have spoken to Wendy and she has worked out something for my daughter as an amends to the issue.  However, the woman who cut her hair did not act happy to be at her job and I feel she took it out on my daughters hair.  My advise is if the stylist does not act like they are at least there to work or has a chip on their shoulder DO NOT LET THEM CUT YOUR HAIR!  Updated review.  I still give the entire place 3 stars.  However, Carol deserves 5 plus stars she is fantastic!!!
