Do not get your hair cut here. They completely rushed through my hair cut even though I was one of three customers in the entire place. They pulled out just as much hair as they cut. I gave the stylist simple instructions and she completely botched it. It looks like I have a different haircut on either side of my head. I keep my hair pretty short and she left patches of longer hair all over the place. Absolutely terrible, I haven't had a haircut this bad since I was a kid. I feel like I was robbed of 14 dollars and I will never go to great clips again. If you are in Bristol and need a good haircut, go to Southside barber shop on the parkway.

This place is a waste of time don't waste your money here.They are very unfriendly and make you feel uncomfortable from the time you get there until the time you leave.Save your money and go to a Professional hair salon. This place is "unprofessional",stay away from this place.

Wonderful people. They are usually busy, but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes or so. They did a great job on my hair, and my 10 year old sons.
