I walked in the place with my two daughters. The place was very well packed, but we waited off to the side to be checked in. One girl was dealing with a customer and another girl walks up to the counter we step back because she was finishing up with her customer. Neither woman greeted us! Still not an issue, they are busy. Well the girl finishes with her customer and was too busy securing her tip to even ask us if we would like to check in how can she help us, nothing! The other woman finishes us and the same thing she goes to her work station. Says nothing. Then she comes back to ask how she can help us. I said I'd like to make an appointment or however this works here. She instantly wants to shove us off on some kind of register online thing, to get in line to get their hair cut. I took it she had no time to take a minute to put us in line. Too busy to shove us off into some kind of online thing. Not to mention she has a snotty attitude to begin with. I told her you know I'll just take the girls elsewhere, We are patient people we don't mind waiting. The wait isn't the issue. Walked out! If they don't have time to take a customers info down on a list they don't have time to pay attention to why they are doing! This is beyond irritating. We could have got in line just like everyone else, but she didn't want to take the time to help us. That was rude! Shouldn't be pushy!

After just one visit I will no longer return here. They guaranteed me that they knew how to cut the style that I wanted. When I got home I had to shave my head to fix the errors. The stylist also told me about a bald spot on the crown of my head. Well she must have been a magic because it grew back! They was nice their I will give them credit for that.
