This location has already been sort of a problem for me because the stylists are moved in and out of this location, you can't get used to a particular stylist. And on this particular visit, I checked in online (as I normally do) and when I got there I sat down, neither of the stylists asked if I was checked in or not. Then another customer walked in and because one of the stylists knew this person, was checked and taken before me (I was on the top of the wait list at this point) as well as before any of the 4 people waiting. I sat there for a little more than an hour before just getting up and leaving. I will not visit this location again and may just find a new place to get my hair cut.

Checking online is pointless. When you arrive, the stylists are more concerned with looking at their cell phones and smoking cigarettes than taking a client.

doesn't even deserve the single star. that is what I get for going into this terrible excuse for a barber/salon. I have a buzzed head and only ask she clean up my lines. I get home to find my side burns uneven and higher than a cop. behind my ear is a shaved line that protrudes into my head. around my ears are random long hairs. one ear line is larger than the other. 

I am so mad, it isn't funny. How are any great clips still in business?
