I can only rate the customer service experience.. It was a Sunday, at 2pm ... As I parked my car and was walking to the door, an SUV drove up where a lady and 3 teens hooped out and hurried in front of me. They took a seat and said hi to the staff (I can only assume they may he regulars) ... I walked in and stood at the register looking for a sign in sheet. Nobody said hi or welcomed me from where they were standing (I was patient, as I know they had clients, but a simple "Hello" or "Welcome" doesn't hurt) A woman soon walked up to the register holding her cheek (looked to be in pain). I asked if there was a sign in sheet. She held up one finger and told me to tale a seat. I was a bit taken aback but I did so. After she took the lady's info (with the kids), she gestured me to come up. Asked for my phone number , which I gave, then my last name ... Before I gave my name I asked what the wait time was. She held up her finger again and quietly said I need the name first (I think she was in pain). I gave her my last name, then she asked for my first... Before I gave that I asked her how many people were ahead of me (so I could estimate for myself) ... again, she said I need the name first ... I was getting irriated but I gave ot to her .... I asked again, can you tell me the estimated wait time so I can decide whether or not to stay ... she took a moment looking at her computer then said "30 ... Maybe 35-40 minutes". I can tell you, had I felt more comforted with the initial greeting of service I would have stayed ... But I said no thank you and left. She didn't even budge, apologize, or say Bye. I left to another salon and waited from 2:30 - 3:35 until I was seated, SIMPLY because they immediately acknowledged me, and gave me a decent range telling me as early as 3 or late as 3:30 ... I truly appreciated that. Complete honesty, courtesy, and competency. I will not again go back to Great Clips, based on my "first impression" of the service given. P.S. I do not need a contact for the management, this could simply be forwarded to them for training purposes.

They probably will never read this but, they are bias against Marines. By what I mean is every other branch of military can come into a great clips and get a haircut for free but Marines we have regulations we have kodokan. We cannot wear our uniforms off base or any government establishment that allows us to our Camis, that being said is people say don't you have other reforms yes I have Charlie's I have Delta's I have Blues but do you know how much those cost also do I want to get those dirty know how am I going sit in a chair with any of those three uniforms I named plus there's more but I was just named examples do you know how uncomfortable those are to sit down in? Ever been to a marine corps small in dress blues and had to sit there for a while yeah it sucks but you have a great time there. What I'm getting at is I called corporate a while back the manager at the Great Clips here called me and told me that Marines can get their haircuts in or out of uniform since we can't wear uniforms off base just left there apparently it just let everyone's mind because part of that a couple weeks ago I was able getting haircuts for free without being any form but having my cac card ,(ID). But that's messed up how can everyone else and uniform get their haircuts taken care of but Marines can't because we can't be any form and again called corporate the manager at this Great Clips called me said anything to be taken care of they wouldn't even hear me when I had to say tried to tell them no yeah she called me a while back and everything to be fine but apparently they just want stay on their little train of not listening I would never do that displays do not go to this place they are bias. And I guarantee they still have my number if they want to call me because I still have the voicemail.SEMPER FI, oh and I got it free today only reason why is because I was complaining and I have to go to a funeral for the Marines I got killed in the plane crash

Got my haircut here 2 weeks ago and it's soooo obviously uneven. It's awful. I even asked her after my haircut, "do you think it's even?" Without looking she says "oh yeah. It's even. I always double check." Well, obviously not! You would be shocked if you saw how much hair I had to cut off myself just to make it look normal. I am so upset. I still have some more to cut off and it is exhausting trying to cut my own hair. I wanted to go back to get it fixed but I am just afraid they will mess it up more! It's sad that I have to trust myself over a "professional" hair stylist.
