I have been going there for years. The staff is friendly and patient, they will often recommend alterations if need be to make something you want work. I haven't had my hair dyed or washed so I can't speak for the quality, but it looks like a nice time. 
Wait times are usually pretty low, and you can always check-in online ahead of time or just to see what the current wait time is before popping over.

Great customer service very nice people but to say they butchered my hair is an understatement! I asked for subtle layers because my hair was fairly long but all the same length so layers and face framing... I have straight hair so that seems simple right? Well the lady put something in my hair that made it flat and soft and I left happy this morning, until I washed it out later and saw how jacked up it was, there is now an almost 4 inch gap between my hair length and where she 'layered' it, it looks like I'm wearing hair extentions! I have ONE layer that is so high and obvious I can't trust myself to go back and have them even try to fix it! Never again.
