the service was fast since I was the only one there. I was trying to explain to the hair stylist Maria that I wanted a specific type of cut. She was being rude, making rude remarks and kept giving me a look as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I even asked her if I was able to get a V shape for my type of hair and she said no. I made a normal statement about a friend of mine and she said ' how do you know? are you a hairstylist? '. Besides the fact that she didn't even cut my hair right. She didn't add the layers like I wanted and I wasted $16 for nothing. People shouldn't work in a place that they don't like especially if they'll be rude to the customers.

They messed up on my hair two times in a row 1st lady started doing what she wanted 2nd lady today cut it too short and the clippers got caught in my hair HATE THIS PLACE

I WOULD WRITE A LENGTHY REVIEW, BUT IT'S SIMPLY NOT WORTH THE TIME. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU'RE BETTER OFF CUTTING YOUR OWN HAIR. Not only is the service poor, but there is nothing Great about this location. You pay for poor service. Receptionist had an attitude both days I came. (One for the original haircut and the next day to get it fixed) After being a long time customer, I'm finally moving on to GREATER places. Have made too many complaints for nothing to be done. Save your money and go somewhere else. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY.
