Kim, after four warnings on how dramatic the change would be, on my first visit with her cut my hair from below my shoulders to a #8 in the back and fantastic shaggy layers on top. She was very knowledgeable on my hair and it's pros and cons and was able to turn several  inspiration photos into a cut I adore! I will definitely be back to have her maintain my great cut!

I have thick long hair so I'm pretty picky about my cut. My stylist did a wonderful job cutting layers into my hair. My hair feels softer and looks great. My husband loves my haircut too. Pleased with your customer service and very satisfied with my cut. (By the way I only had to pay $15.00,  most salons would charge at least $60.00 to cut my long hair.  )

I walked in to this Great Clips location with my two young sons who both needed a quick trim. I'll be honest and say the only reason I stopped by was because I had a coupon that I received in the mail, otherwise, probably would never have made my way here. Anyway, as soon as my sons and I stepped in the door, a very rude man who was in the middle of someone else's cut yells at us that the wait would be over an hour. Now how would he know if I hadn't already checked in online or not? Honestly, I believe he saw me with two young children and did NOT want to provide us service. My sons were well behaved and literally just standing quietly. There was one man getting a haircut and one man waiting and I saw two stylists, Not sure why the wait would be over an hour but I didn't stick around to find out.

Never go to this location again. Lady named Nyugen did my hair cut and she pulled my hair like anything even she noticed I was getting hurt still was doing the same and did not care. I got severe headache 🤕. I ever never go visit that location in my lifetime.

I went and got a hair cut and once I left and got home I realized that my hair was uneven so now I have to go and get it fixed. I'm not happy good service but terrible cutting skills
