Third time here. Friendly helpful staff, quick service and a darn good haircut. Checked in online today, went in and saw there was a $7.99 haircut sale. The place was packed! Not enough girls to handle the demand. I got served right away thanks to the check-in app on my phone. I expected a fast dirty haircut for the price, but the girl spent the same time as they normally did and I walked out with a great haircut at almost half the regular price. Gave the extra to the girl. She certainly appreciated it!

Will NEVER go here again!!!! Walked in I got attitude from the 2 girls...the one girl took me and said I want just a little trim to the hair cut I just got....I thought this wouldn't be a problem...she told me to take my glasses out and before I knew it she buzzed my hair before I could even speak...she clipped it so short that its a horrible looking pixie and she didn't even take her time you could tell she didn't want to be there and was in it for the money and not the client...now I look like a man and I can't even style it so thank you great clips for ruining my hair 😞

Took my mom there to get a cut. She checked and waited for her name to be called. The stylist bypassed her and took someone else. When I told them what happened they put her back on the list but last. They told me she would have to wait since some one was an on line check in. Did not matter that she was sitting in the salon half hour waiting her turn and that the stylist by passed her. Needless to say we left and will NEVER return. We have never had a good experience there and are done giving second chances!!!!

Two terrible experiences. Not downloading your bullshit app was a 35 minute wait. Downloaded the app, was given an approximate 17 minute wait. Show up with a family of 4 ahead of me and a 47 minute estimated wait time. Never again.
