I'm not the type who openly complains about business because I know how it feels to be on the other end, however the lady that cut my hair was very rude and didn't seem to care. She didn't even bother to dust off the chair before I sat down so I was covered in another persons hair along with my own. I asked her if she could make it shorter on the back but she said she didn't recommend that because of the style which I understand. I'm not a hair stylist or Anything but I've had my hair cut shorter before in the way I wanted it, and it almost felt like she just didn't want to do it.she also rushed it and when I got home And looked closer, i realized it was uneven.

I've only been to this location twice but both times, I've used the app and gotten in with no wait. Girls are great and it is apparent they all get along and have a good time. Love it!
