I go here often and I've always been happy. It's quick, nicely priced and they do a fine job. The ladies are nice and I've yet to have an issue. Just make sure to check-in online before going, on their app or website. Honestly, it's your own fault if you have to wait because online check-in is quick, easy and I show up 5 minutes before my haircut and rarely wait. It's currently 2017 - use digital technology to your advantage.

Generally satisfied with most Great Clips locations, however, the Albertville location has very extensive wait times. Over an hour on average, with an empty waiting area. Your online check in is ruining the conveinence of the very services you offer. I've tried this location repeatedly over the last 3 years with the same results. I won't be going back.

if you want a nice n quick mens buzz cut and ive always been satisfied the majority of my visits...this is the best great clips to go. Diane and her staff have been cutting my hair for a long time.. ive been to other great clips and they just dont quite match up to albertville. diane has managed other stores with staff and management not going correctly. ive read the reviews some good n some bad. any hair salon your going to you will have a fluke bad encounter....why? because i use to live with hair stylists and often a hard job to do. difficult customers, standing on your feet 8 hrs a day, bad tippers...youd be cranky too...just depends on who you get...and not every hairdresser is going to be talkative..always happy... One hairdresser can not please everyone..period. especially at a commercially corporate name like Great Clips. I had a bad service where i wasnt greeted or checked in..so i went to another hairshop...Albertville. Prices are good compared to others as the norm for upend shops are 25 or more for a simple mens short hair buzz cut with guard 1 and blending. Great Clips is within my budget of 20 and less.
