I have always gotten my hair cut at this location, I have had about 3 stylist's cut my hair. A lady by the name of "candy" did  a wonderful job, when I go I try to get her to do it. I have had a horrible experience with every other employee. The one that cut my hair this time, cut part of my hair 2 inches shorter than the hair beside it. it looks choppy and un-even, I am highly unsatisfied with the hair cut. At one point, her shaver stopped working and she bean to beat it on the counter. I asked for the end of my hair to be a straight line, she proceeded to make a slanted line, this is not what I asked for. I will not be visiting Great Clips again.

I always go here to get my haircut, but after the last few haircuts I'm sad to say I will no longer be going there anymore! I got my haircut today (7/21/17) by Shasta and she was so nice but chopped my hair up bad! It was choppy in the back when I first went in, but not this bad! I asked her for lower layers and they aren't even and look horrible when I straighten my hair. I originally didn't think it looked bad when I looked in the mirror there, but my hair was wavy and it wasn't noticeable. While straightening my hair, not only was it choppy but I had to cut some hair she completely missed. Some strainds were about an inch longer! Completely dissatisfied and am willing to pay an arm and leg at a professional salon where I can be happy! The women there are so nice but some seem to have no idea what they are doing.

Went to get a haircut yesterday. I was seen quickly but the hair cut is horrible. Extremely uneven and still have pieces that are inches longer than the rest. Now I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. 

Worst haircut I have ever had.

I love going to my great clips in Macon. But since I moved to Byron. This was closer. Some employees here I absolutely do not recommend working here. I was trying to clock in for my scheduled appointment and the lady at the counter purposely typed my name, last name and phone number wrong and told me that I had to wait 15 min -20 min. Even though I had scheduled to be there at my time. I had to constantly correct her and then SHE got into an attitude and decided to have someone else help me while she stormed in the back of the salon. Talk about poor customer service and temper tantrums. Hair cuts are great and some employees do a wonderful job. But that one Incident really did anger me. And I hope she doesn't do this to other customers....

I went in, no wait but when I asked if they can cut straight, i got laughed at by the workers. I have had MANY experiences in my past of hair people not being able to do so. So I sat down and told the woman what I wanted when she cut me off to say "ya I got it". Then proceeded to talk to the people around her while looking at my hair making remarks under her breathe of how gross it looked. Then forgot to finish so i had to remind her, then argued with me about what I wanted.
How is it unreasonable for the customer to expect what they are paying for? Customer service seems lost on this town, have no clue how they make a living. Will not go back
