Manager was rude and made it clear she did not want to wash and blow dry my hair out. My hair is long and advised it would be 45.00 because blowing drying my hair vs "finger drying" made it style .. I went ahead and said that would be fine I just needed my hair done. Then she proceeds to say " well I do not have my brushes with me today so I cannot do it"... seriously? Who does not have their hair brushes when you work at a hair salon ...bottom line I felt discriminated against because I have long straight hair and she did not want to take the time to do it ...I am sure this is not the customer experience your company intends to give to there customers ... fortunately a gentlemen that was in the process of leaving said he would do it for me (after offering the First Lady use of his brushes) and he did an excellent job - he has the right attitude with satisfying his customers. His name is SV I believe he is Asian and again did a great job. Someone needs to address the rudest and unprofessional behavior of the woman I spoke with first ... believe they said she is manager . They did a decent haircut to my husband. I'm not sure about haircut for women though. The place was neat and the staff was friendly.

This is the same great clips they moved over a few doors. I thought I would give them a try. All I have to say is a blind man is better. I would love for the manager to call me so I can feel like someone is listening.

Friendly staff, quick and inexpensive visit, exactly what I wanted. I've never been to Great Clips before and was nervous about getting my long hair trimmed, was very pleased.
