Went in and there was no wait. Which was good until you try to talk to the lady that barely spoke English trying to type your name in the computer. Oh yeah she was trying to eat a sandwich also. I don't know if they give breaks there or what! So the haircut was a whole different experience! (Zero interaction, not a word spoken and does not know measurements! Askedfor a certain length and got way shorter than I actually got! I CANT BELIEVE THAT PLACE EVEN IS IN BUSSINESS IN THAT LOCATION STILL!

usually get a good haircut here by most of the employees. I've been stuck with one lady who doesn't pay attention, doesn't actually finish cutting. I've left twice with big chunks of hair at the back at uneven lengths. rather disappointing. She seems rushed and has more important things to do.

I went to this Great Clips yesterday. I walked in and right away they asked me if I checked in on line. I said no. The person that talked to me said there was a forty five minute wait. She didn't even ask if I wanted to wait. It was about 4:50 pm. She said why don't you come back tomorrow when we have more people working? Aren't they open until 8? This person was so rude when she talked to me. My 10 yr. Old granddaughter was with and she could not believe how rude she was. I will never go back there.

Ok... I have never had such a bad experience in my life going to this place. I will not be going back. Once I walk in was never greeted or even acknowledged that I was there. After checking in, the poorly spoken woman who was struggling with English pointed me to the individual who was going to cut my hair. She was sitting in a chair playing with her cell phone... Now I understand how down time can be boring, however when a customer walks in at least pretend that you're doing your job and stand up and be prepared. While she was cutting my hair never one attempted to make a conversation with me. I believe she said no more than 10 words to me. If I were you, I would go elsewhere. Place = garbage. You have better luck betting on the Vikings not choking at the end of the year!
