Patient and professional staff. Given procedural details, expectations, and possible adverse outcome prior to procedural execution. Given incremental step by step explanation during procedure to prepare me at each stage of my care; and, given updates to keep me informed after reaching each benchmark in the process. Exhibited care and concern for my welfare by asking for feedback during my procedure relating to comfort and pain management. Root canal was a painless process. Given instructions for follow-up home and dental office care. All pricing was explained prior to delivery of services to ensure there would be no surprises. Co-pays are collected immediately following delivery of services via credit/debit card or cash. Check in and out was quick and painless. I recommend Great Expressions - Bloomfield Specialty Center for quality dental care.

EDIT EDIT: Insurance finally paid -- after I had to pay part of the balance to keep from going into collections. They called me and told me that I now had a credit with them. I asked that it be paid back onto the credit card I had paid them with. TWO WEEKS LATER I asked them where the refund was. "We lost the card number." So I gave them the number. Now I wait more. EDIT: Their billing incompetence knows no bounds. They refused to send me the claims form for me to send to medical until the end of August. I got the EOB saying medical won't pay. Insurance needs more info. They refuse to send the info to insurance. They say they will send to me, but they don't. This goes back and forth for weeks. Now I'm in collections. Turns out they have a typo in my e-mail address: a P instead of T, despite me writing it down for them on my registration paperwork. Stay away. They will bumble every way possible so they can damage your credit. STAY AWAY. Service is great and well done, but their billing practice is incompetent. They present you with an "estimate" worked out with your insurance before you receive the procedure, but they don't check to see if your insurance requires medical to be billed first. They claim they asked that and my insurance said no, but if that were the case, they should be able to hold my insurance to that. Then it comes out that they don't bill medical insurance and now I'm on the hook for a massive bill due to their billing office's incompetence. Additionally - they will tell you your consultation is free, but then they will bill you for the x-rays two to three months later. So the place is scammy as well.

I saw Dr. Jordan for a consultation. She was warm, friendly and thorough with explaining treatment that I need. Karen her assistant was pleasant and professional. Overall, experience was great from the front desk to the clinic area.

Dr Madawy is the absolute best. Great guy great oral surgeon. Highly recommended

The management at this practice is atrocious. They changed my appointment time twice, and then I had to wait over 40 mins to see the doctor. Huge mess up with paper work and insurance. Terrible attitude from practice manager. It's really too bad, because Dr. Elmadawry was great. Seeing him is NOT worth the headache of dealing with his office though.
