I've been there 3 times that i can remember.  I dont even remember my dentists name because she always seemed to have so many patients .  So much so that she stopped in the middle of a procedure to introduce herself and speak to the person in the next room because he had been waiting so long.  She is always rushing, and quickly pushes you from one room to the next, especially with it comes to telling you how much your procedure is going to cost.  I have good relationships with all of my doctors, except this one.  This office is definitely more concerned with the money more than there patients.  I am sending a request for my records and leaving this money office, oops i mean dental office.

My visit to Great Expressions went well. I waited no more than 10 minutes after my scheduled time to be brought to the back. Dr. Rockwell and his assistant worked fast and efficiently to extract my two lower wisdom teeth. During the procedure, they were telling jokes, and they even allowed me to play music! The doctor also took time to briefly advise me on the career I’m currently pursing in college. Otherwise, I would say being told I was good-to-go by the doctor’s assistant when I still needed to schedule a follow up was the only downside. I called back soon after, and the doctor’s coordinator was more than happy to schedule a follow up via phone.

My visit for a cleaning was very pleasant with Faye.  She and Kelley are always friendly and helpful.  The dentist, on the other hand, was not very personable. 
She doesn't introduce herself anymore, so I've forgotten her name.  I rarely have a conversation with her (unless there is a problem) before she rushes out of the room without notice or saying goodbye, so there's certainly room for improvement there.  To her credit, I have never had a problem with her work, though.

Everyone was so kind and patient with my nervousness. They would continually ask me if i was comfortable and it went smoothly. I had two teeth extracted surgically and i was so afraid it would be a nightmare, but it went very well. I would recommend Great Expressions to any and everyone! 😉

Dr Tiller is an awesome dentist who cares & takes the time to explain & listen. The staff is very friendly & customer service is great! I had some issues with customer service 2 yrs back but it has made a great change!!
