Honestly if i could have rated it lower I would have. The doctor told my 20 year old daughter that she needed a crown because her tooth needed such a large cavity filled. I suspected this immediately as this tooth wasnt even bothering her and i would think the tooth needed to be pretty bad that it couldnt even be saved on such a young person. So I had her get another opinion from a very good dentist. My daughter brought the xray she had done here and the new doctor couldnt even find the tooth that they told her she needed a crown on. This is unbelievable to me. Are they doing this to practice or just lie about whats needed to get more money. Either way this is against the law!! I will be reporting this to every agency possible. This is so horrible! Please....find yourself another dentist office.

They set patient goals and when my bill was only $137, all of a sudden I needed $1000 (out of pocket) gum surgery to meet my patient goal. I attempted to address my concerns to their Facebook and my comment was deleted twice. I'd recommend getting a second opinion before anything major, you might save thousands.

the dentist is only there on Monday and Fridays, It takes months to get a cleaning appointment. The hygienist is very nice, but since the previous dentist left, the whole place is a disappointment. The dentist isn't very pleasant, the ladies that work there are not nearly as nice as the ones who were there before. We've decided to switch to someplace outside Great Expressions. They are just way below par anymore.

The people are super friendly, and they really care about the patients satisfaction and well being.
