I was SO excited about trying this new place today for lunch. Arrived after 1pm, ordered a sandwich and soup. It took nearly 40 minutes which is way too long in my opinion even considering it’s a new establishment. They were not overly busy when we arrived, but a rush did come in right after we ordered. I watched workers bring food out to other tables wearing gloves. The girl that brought my food out did not have on gloves and her thumb was IN my soup. She did not apologize for the long wait either. To top it off one worker gave the person dining next to me two coupons for free sandwiches to compensate for her long wait. When I brought it to her attention that we too had an extremely long wait she said “I’m so sorry about that” and walked off. Never offered us a thing until we were walking out the door. Which at that point I kindly declined. Should have been given to us way sooner. We spent over an hour here and the whole time there was a small child in the food prep area with a lollipop in her mouth walking around touching all kinds of stuff back there. Food was very good I’ll give them that- but the experience was not. Very disappointed as I was really excited about this new restaurant!

The food is excellent. Fresh baked breads and sweets. My first visit. Don't recommend taking small children as it's tables only and close together. I enjoyed everything but the long wait time. Waited 38 minutes for two sandwiches and soup. The lady next to me,which was as close as sitting with her, waited 48 minutes. The person that dropped off her food gave her a coupon for two free sandwiches. I then explained that we too had waited an extremely long time,to which she said sorry. No coupon for a free sandwich offered like the lady right beside me. By the Tim our food finally arrived I had drank so much water I wasn't exactly that hungry anymore. Parking is tight as well. I'm don't frequent this area so I doubt I'll go back. I actually don't dine out often so I was naturally disappointed as I had read rave reviews. It's a carb lovers Haven. Enjoy. 
I will also add that there was a child about 6 years old behind the counter and walking around in the food prep area the whole time we were there. Kitchen and help did not have hairnets either.

My absolute FAVORITE place to eat!! Stopped by once when I happened to be passing by and now I go out of my way to eat there as often as I can!  All the employees are always so pleaseant and kind and I love that I am offered samples (though calling them samples from the size we are given would be like calling a Great Dane a cute little puppy😄) from the bread board every time I come in! Everything I have eaten there has been wonderful and they have the BEST chicken salad I've ever had!

Good Afternoon, I just ate at Great Harvest Bread Company and it was Very Good!!! The atmosphere was Great, the bread board had Great tasting slices and the ladies at the registers were very Welcoming, Upbeat and Polite. Everyone working behind the counters were working hard and diligent to deliver a Great plate of food. The sandwich tasted so Fresh & the potato soup was Delicious. I have a new local place to eat!!! Thank You for having a Great Place to pull up a chair and Enjoy a meal.

Finally had this place after months of wanting to try and I'm in love! Who knew something as simple as a turkey sandwich could be so good? Our cashier was super nice, me and my friend each got a free loaf of bread and I bought the vanilla honey butter. Me and my husband can't stop eating the bread and butter, so good! Can't wait to try more on the menu.
