I've been shopping there for many years. They are a great fixture in our community. We a lucky to have an alternative to the big box stores.

Very disappointed by this visit this evening. Went to my local hardware store to find out that they were closing in 5 mins, no problem. Looking through nuts and bolta section for the right size when was told by an associate "You know what you are looking for? You know we close in 3 minutes." While checking out i witnessed another associate ask 2 other people while they were walking in "Do you know exactly what you are looking for?" Then watched the same person tell someone ths they are closed and turned them away. Guess i will be going to the big box retailer down the road from now on. Such a shame and we wonder why small businesses are closing, no customer service anymore. Update recieved a phone call and email from store management promising this is not normal service and re-training will be done to employees. Will go back to check it out in the future.

Very poor customer service wanted to blame it on, for not doing her job correctly on, music playing in my pocket never had so much disbelief inhumanity as I do now
