i took my phone in 10-27-16 it is now 4-22-17 i am filling court papers to get it back. he does not return phone calls grrrr. also i took my daughters phone in and he had let someone else play on it and put their finger print on it to be able to  unlock the screen. are you kidding me. this is by far the worst customer service i have ever had in my life.

I was referred to Tom and Great Lakes iPhone Repair by a friend.  Tom did a great job replacing the cracked screen on my son's iPhone 6s.  Fast service as it was fixed the next day at a reasonable price based on the quick turn around.

I came in with a shattered and popped out screen on my iPhone6 thinking it was toast. Tom not only fixed and replaced the screen, he gave me screen cover and delivered my phone to me at my office down the street! Highly recommend you take your phone/tablet there and you will get excellent quality service.
