We had our mail held from delivery twice. Each time we went to pick up our mail they gave us 5 pieces of junk mail and said that was all we had. We don't get that little bit of mail in a day let alone a week! Most of the Employees there are rude and condescending.

Mail lady there questioned whether my media mail was actually media, then apparently had it audited because the recipient said it had been opened!!!
