I’ve been coming here for well over 20 years. Very professional, caring and they are ALWAYS willing to educate me about what’s happening with my teeth and a course of treatment. They are state-of-art and worth the trip(for me that’s 70 miles round-trip). Simple put, the best!!!

Melanie is so patient and thorough. I'm an anxious patient and she makes visits as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. Dr Tyrangel is fantastic also! I've been to many dentists over the years but once I found this practice I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been a patient for three years and won't be changing ever! Really great staff and the front desk staff are efficient and courteous. Appointments are always on time!

Melanie Siegel-Brown (your dental hygienist) has done something for me I didn't think possible. In January, Melanie explained in-detail about proper dental care & I listened! 3 months have gone by, I see improvement & most importantly appreciate Melanie's continued coaching. Melanie explained this is a process which takes time & patience. Her support & encouragement is truly making ALL the difference for me to continue good care. Thank-you, Melanie, for taking the time & making the effort to work with a stubborn patient!!

I have been going to hicksville location for 21 years. My kids been going here close to 9 years. Melanie brown is the most patient hygienist I have ever had in my 50 year life. The only dentist I use is dr t. Aka tyrengel. He is also patient and gentle. His work is first class. If you ever looking for a great pair visit these two people

The staff at Midisland are wonderful with my kids! Dr.J is extremely kid friendly and makes each visit a pleasure. Actually everyone in the office has so much patience and can't imagine going anywhere else!
