My husband and I have appreciated everyone at Great North Insurance SO much. They have looked out for our needs, protected us, and have been consistently available and responsive. They are all extremely knowledgeable over there. Can't recommend them enough!

We've had nothing but great experiences in working with Great North Insurance. Whether it has been working with our Auto, Homeowners or Life Insurance we couldn't be happier. Our family depends on them a lot when you think about all of those different coverages and the piece of mind we have knowing they are a quick phone call or e-mail away if we need anything is priceless.

Super Friendly staff that welcomes you with a smile and goes out of their way to help you when you need it most. They truly appreciate your business and will take care of you at all hours of the day, whereas many insurance companies don't even answer the phone after 3:30 pm as they are already golfing :) They also give money and more importantly time to help out those in need in our community.

What an outstanding company. We had a minor claim and GNIS treated us with the same respect and understanding as if our vehicle was totaled. Regardless of need, Great North Insurance Services raises the bar on customer service which is refreshing from a business today. Thank you!
