I had to give them a star.  I'm so disappointed.  There should be an option to give NO stars!
It didn't go.  Rep came out on Aug 11th.  Told me I would have an estimate early the following weeks.  Didn't hear, didn't hear, didn't hear.  Finally called.  I had to call twice to talk to someone. Told it takes two weeks.  (Aug 25th), still haven't heard a thing.  Today is Aug 31st, still nothing.  I guess I'm a lower class resident that lives in an older community and we don't matter.  GNB must be above doing work on a home like mine, even though they came highly recommended.  The rep was fine and I was impressed.  But no more.  Really?  If you don't want to do the work, tell us!  I will be contacted the company too.  (My cost of service is the general range I was expecting, though I don't know what the final number would have been.)  I am highly disappointed as I felt I would let them do the work without getting other estimates.

My husband and I were very pleased with the work performed by GNB. Very responsive from the estimate, scheduling and work performed.  Our new roof and siding project was professional installed and cleanup of the site was excellent. The GNB project manager keep us informed and was always available to answer any questions. We would highly recommend GNB to anyone requiring residential or commercial work.

GNB installed a new roof on my home, and it turned out amazing!  From start to finish, the project went smoothly and quickly.  I will definitely use them again when I have the siding replaced.

Our recent project completed on time and below budget and the workmanship and attention to detail was awesome.  We could not be happier customers and are eager to start up our next project with GNB. Like it. I needed gutters and screens for existing gutters to take care of a drainage issue around the foundation of my home.  Not a glamorous home upgrade but an important one. I contacted GNB by their website and they/GNB got right back to me to set up an appointment at my convenience. (I had also contacted another local builder and that builder did not return my two calls of project inquiry)  Nate B provided positive, professional, customer service and construction insight. GNB got the job completed in a timely manor. All is well with the project. I appreciated GNB's common sense approach to what needed to be completed and the forward thinking to address my clogged gutter issue/challenges, with good customer service. If/when I have another home repair project, I will be contacting GNB.
