Great Peaks Heating and Air is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy company that delivers value to their customers! I purchased the Maintenance Plan PLUS so they will inspect and clean my furnace and air conditioner to make sure everything is running smoothly!

After flushing my tankless hot water heater, we had some issues with consistently getting hot water. Marlynn was very responsive. Ken came out, found the problem and fixed it free of charge! Great Peaks is fair, honest and just earn a customer for life!

We needed to have a tune up on our Furnace, and I'm so happy we contacted Great Peaks. They were prompt, friendly and really did a thorough job. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend

It's one thing to hear from a networking group that a company has great service BUT an extraordinary experience when you feel the kindness and professionalism first hand. This past 4th of July our central air conditioning stopped blowing cool air. The next day was to be in the high 90's so I left a message on the voicemail for Great Peaks. By 7:30 am the next morning I had a call setting an appointment to come and check out the problem. The Service Technician was amazing! The company called to see if he could come EARLY and diagnose the problem. He arrived with a smile, looking professional, found the problem, went to get the new part and it was installed before the temperature event got above 80. We are delighted to share this experience after having heard so many good things from a group and are adding them to our Resource list!

Done a lot of work on our house, had a lot of contractors and service people out, Great Peaks were definitely the best we've worked with. They worked on our boiler and a new AC unit. They even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working in proper order. Price was very fair, they educated us on everything, their workers were polite and clean. Ken put in extra fail safes/back ups to our air handler that is above and beyond code. Outstanding outfit, I highly recommend Ken and his crew.
