In the laundry. Clearly selected bright colors for a cold wash and got steaming hot water on my colored clothes. Went over to speak with staff in the gas station and the nonchalant attitude was appalling. Didn't show that they cared about me a paying customer. Even had them call the manager,  and all was done was giving me my money back. Went back to ask for the corporate number and was given a fax number. And to top that off there is no emergency  shut off. So I am literally standing here waiting to see if my work uniform has been damaged! If I could give no stars that's what it would be. Last time at this laundry. Will continue to go across town. It's always something when I'm at this location. From the bad attitude off staff to the people begging for change outside the door. So frustrating!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE store the manager is lazy and doesn't assist customers with issues and Chester's had bugs crawling around and when I informed an employee her response was ummm OK and rolled her eyes! Needless to say I will NEVER give them my money ever again! The entire staff needs to be fired ESPECIALLY the manager!!!

I went to the store around 1:40 am to grab a pack of Newports.  There was a lady with a nice hair cut which was dyed blue Who was in the process of putting hotdogs on the grill began disrespecting one of the men who was outside asking for change calling him a crack head and saying even crackheads get cold and then began to get the customers to chime in the young lady at the register began to look embarrassed and began shaking her head and incompletely ignored her comments as did the rest of the customers as the blue haired lady began looking around saying right? Am I right? The customer behind me just hunched his shoulders and sai I don't know. I feel she brought attention to a situation that she should have addresed with the panhandler without assuming he was a drug addict or having other people think of him that way.

Nothing This Is The Second Day I Go In To The Store To Get A French Vanilla Cappuccino But Absolutely Nothing Comes Out So My Question Is Why The Hell It Doesn't Have A Out Or Order Or Ran Out Sign On The Dam Machine And Then The Rude As Employees That Work There I Asked A Woman With Short Black Hair If There Was A Bathroom And She Responded " Can You Not Read There's A Sign Piontin The The Bathroom " I Mean Wtf Thats Not Right Never Again Will I Go
