Before renting or bidding on any units from this place....Please ask many questions. I have dealt with many storage units in the past and this one operates quit differently than others.
WATCH and TRACK auctions. Units often go for higher prices that do not look of any value. One could only assume there is inside information coming from some where. When questioned, the employee stumbled around the question. 
Please do your research and watch online auctions for a few weeks. You will understand the concern.

They will rise your price in Winter hoping you will hesitate to move due to weather.
