I TOTALLY understand why employers love this company. You have to go through 12+ months of legal battles to get them to accept responsibility for literally anything.

I was injured on the job, they fought me for so long that I actually developed permanent nerve damage from the prolonged, untreated, injury. 

I was then re-injured, same spot, years later. Had to go through the same 12 month run around again. In the end they offered to pay me off with a sum that could only be described as insulting for an injury I will be dealing with for the rest of my life. After involving a lawyer we finally reached a reasonable sum for closing the claim permanently. THEN they were late sending the payment, which they were fined for, THEN they appealed the fine.

Later I come to find that they missed a medical bill and it was sent to collections.

This company is awful, their staff is awful, they care about no one. They treat you like a liar from the second you reach out to them regardless of multiple MRI's or opinions from multiple doctors and surgeons. 

I truly feel bad for anyone that has to deal with this disgraceful establishment.

This is a really horrible insurance company to have to deal with... caught our adjuster anne hoagan underpaying me by over $600, she did everything she could to keep us stringing along. ended up over a month late on rent and all of our utilities. after uncovering their "mistake", they began retaliating against me along with the personell staff from my job black hawk transport, ultimately, they fired me for bogus reasons. these people are clearly operating scams with each other.

I have a been a Customer to Great West Casualty since I  started my company, which was 3 years ago, I honestly  felt that I was very lucky to find them. Since then I got several claims but they took care of excellent. I recommend to anyone especially for small businesses

My experience sucks. Had back surgery a week before being dragged 87 feet much of it on two wheels. Deposited on the side of the road and as the dust settled watched the driver continue down the road (until forced over by another truck)
Their driver was in left lane with no blinker, pulled forward into lane then swung hard right and grabbed us with his cattle hauler. 87 feet later we sat stunned in a.cloud of dust as he drove away.
We were seen by EMTS andchose.to.go to hospital in Columbia. 2 1/2 hrs later I  reported it as their insured had not. As I  sit here recovering from back surgery and my very totaled vehicle sits in a tow lot, the only response I've had from theses jackobites is a.phone interview. No rental car, no we are sorry for,your inconvenience , no are you able to make it an hour away to.your doctors visits? Nothing......and what do I expect this week....NOTHING. WELL............that's not entirely true it seems.that companies like these are why they make big time lawyers firms.
Do yourself.a.favor, if.you have a wreck.and the other drivers card says GREAT WEST CASUALTY,  do not answer a single question, just hang up. Hire a.good attorney and let him do the talking.
