I don't understand the bad reviews. This has been the only bank I've ever used in my life,not including the Tier One it used to be. Great Western has done nothing but bent over backwards for me and my husband,in ways that we couldn't have done without. We had many special needs as we were dealing with immigration to obtain his green card and they always had the answers we needed,and if they didn't,they'd immediately find out. The lee way they've given us is outstanding and never to be forgotten.

It's like they literally want you to go somewhere else. Don't expect the slightest effort from anybody to help you out, it appears  to me they would rather direct you away to a different bank. My advice would be not to waste your time

By far the worst service I have ever recieved. If you want help just call and directly ask for a manager because nobody else has the slightest clue of what's going on. Better yet, find a different bank. Absolute trash
