This is the worst place. The wait time is horrible, as well as customer service from front staff. If I can give it 0 stars I would. They do not keep the waiting patients informed of the reason why we are waiting over 1 1/2 hours, neither do they let you know at time of check in. They take your copay wih no problem. I will never come back again. I am only here because it is one of the providers on my insurance. If I would have known this, I would have bypassed this place real quick.

They have denied me services and have not told me why.they had a doctor they knew I had cancer.but held it from me for 2yrs.and a recp who came from behind desk to tell me he was going to hurt me cause a nurse and I had a problem. Now they will not let me make Appt to see Dr Cooper. A Jaylen says she contacted Donnaca.,2 weeks nothing. Who is Wrong.

I have been trying to get in contact with this location for 48 hours and counting. This is absolutely unprofessional and a true inconvenience. I need to get in contact with my doctor for a physician order and the front desk never answers. The number on google maps isn’t to the actual location, so i am constantly left with transfers and on hold with voicemails that never get responded to.

Worst place ever..! I have appointment at 1:30PM and I waited for one hour to get in.. And this happens every time here. I don’t know where to file a complaint against GBMS.

They have some of the most dedicated doctors I have ever met. You may end up waiting a while if theybare swamped but the quality of care is worth it.
