Always great service. Financed several cars and a home through these guys. Always helpful, accurate, and easy to deal with, unlike my last bank, who were complete idiots and unhelpful all of the time. Love this bank.

Been waiting 45 minutes to open a new account and still have not been helped. This place seems very understaffed. If this is just a glimpse of what banking here is like I better save myself the time and leave now.

Worst bank ever!!!!!!! Don't waist half of your life standing in line at this place. Understaffed, poor management ect. I will pull money and shut down accounts as soon as I can waist another day of my life to do so!! Every bank sucks but GNCU takes the cake in all aspects.
