I've seen all these awful reviews and thought how could these be? I've been here at all times of the day and haven't experienced anything bad. I've been coming here for two years now. Sure sometimes the basketballs need a tad bit of air and the showers need more shampoo in the containers but these are things I expect, they can't monitor everything. In my experience, every time I've been here great things happen. The staff have refunded me when the vending machine ate my money, they clean out the pools every year, fix the basketball courts wood and always look over the gym. It seems that most people who come here have a problem with the other people who go here. E.g. people taking forever on a machine. You can't blame the gym for that, these things happen. Sure it's annoying when people use the machine for 30 seconds and sit on it for 5 minutes but I've come to accept it's the people, not the staff.

Private womens gym is great. The woman in the morning is nice but the staff at night is rude and doesnt really like to help. I used to go in the mornings to the gym but theres a woman in there who hogs the equipment and tries to body slam you. This isnt a "turf" its a gym. I simply changed my time to go. Also!!! There is a woman who is a swim teacher at night and boy can she be mean when other staff isnt around. Shes loud and rude. It seems like some staff will get out of line if they arent watched, like the night staff. Most of the lifeguards at the pool are ok but they are all high school aged and some are on power trips. Especially the heavier girl with the short blonde hair. She took a young boy out of the pool and put him in time out for holding the rails in the pool while swimming. The little boy told her "Oh I'm sorry" and she goes "get out and sit in time out". It was un called for.

Some of the staff here have serious attitude problems and should not be working here!

My experiences have all been good, but I have only gone for the pool and only a handful of times.

This Gym is going downhill. Staff is rude and do not want to help you. Their youth programs are ALWAYS FULL such as: GYMNASTICS, SWIMMING Lessons. I pay a family membership here so that my kids can be involved in a healthy happy life but no. MY BABY GIRL can NEVER get into swim lessons or GYMNASTICS because they are always full and don't bother to give my kids a chance and my teenage boy cannot enjoy boxing now because they took the program away. This gym is supposed to be for Families but they are so UNWELCOMING. Don't waste your money or time in this place. Dissapointed! Disgusted. Cancelling my membership. Done.
