Awesome staff there, I didn't know I could take my Honda and Yamaha here but the staff were really knowledgeable!

Find GVPS VERY DIFFICULT  TO DEAL WITH. It appears that UR important when U R buying but after U buy they don't know YOU.

Dude at the service desk was kind, nice, helpful and knowledgeable!!!!!!!! 

Parts costs are through the roof though.

The worst business in Chilliwack by far and I've grown up here 
Terrible customer service and misleading sales to products and warranties.
Hugely inflated maintenance rates to keep warranties valid and a deductible expected to be paid if the business feels like doing the warranty work.

BRP customer service call center takes literally hours on hold to talk to anyone and staff at both GVP locations screen calls and emails to GVP business owner.

I've never had so many issues with a brand new power sports product, my four other older Japanese machines have never costed me or gave me near the trouble this brand new BRP has.

There's so many other great local power sport shops out there and better products and value offer like Big Top Power sports and Holeshot power sports to name a few.

Its so bad there I now order products online and or deal through RTR performance in Kamloops  (your next nearest BRP dealer) 

Buyer beware! Do your homework and get the facts before your next big purchase, I wish I did.
