I would highly discourage you to use this place unless it in an emergency! I live just around the corner from this place so I thought it would be really great and convenient if I ever needed help with my tires or any mechanical issues. The place has a mechanic on site to help with mechanic issues as well. Last year I brought my car in due to emergency when my car wouldn't start and power steering warning light came on. The mechanic said they needed to replace the alternator and it would be close to 1000$!!! I wanted a second opinion and took me car to the Toyota dealership in New West and their mechanic said the battery had too low charge on it and I should change the battery. I got a new batter for less than 200$ and my car has driven fine ever since! Be careful - it seems like this place try to scam you and will just take your money!

Fast forward to today. I saw winter weather is coming next week and just wanted a fast help with changing my winter tires. I called in and the gentleman on the phone said it would be $75 including balancing. When I came to pick us my car they charged me $100!!! He told me the had never told anyone it was $75 and I had to pay if I wanted my car back. I will never go back to this place again. Not ever to get my tires changed!! Very dishonest people who will trick you for extra dollar the can!!

Good service and deals. There were hard working staff available as they worked to change my tires! Great and reasonable price on the tires I purchased. They also provided extra service for my car with no charge! Very much appreciated, thank you!

awesome place to get your tires done they have the best price on new tires that i could find and it was not even close would highly recommend

Please please please do not go here. Had a terrible experience. The low-down: 

Service took almost 20 minutes not 10 minutes as advertised. 

Technician is rude and condescending. Yelled at me to park properly to the hydraulic lifts without giving proper instructions. Non-verbal language terrible. No smile no warmth in voice. Poor customer service. 

Dirty office for waiting room. He did not direct me to the waiting room, just yelled at me that it's dangerous to sit in the car but not asking politely to go sit somewhere else. 

Was interested by it being a new local and independent business close,to home, and the price. $35 was the advertised price but I was surprised as it did not include the filter (which I was not asked at first if I wanted replaced) so it came to $50!

He also left dirty, muddy scuff marks on my glove compartment where they changed my filter. Yuck!
