Okay... pretty new to Rutherford. Have never eaten inside the restaurant which I’m assuming is where all these great reviews come from. I just ordered take out and was pleasantly surprised by the phone service and the prompt delivery. Food came in under 20 minutes. 

Then I ate the food. A Greek restaurant with horrible gyros????? We got a chicken gyro platter and a lamb gyro platter as well as a burger for my son. They must be big hockey fans at this restaurant because all the meat tasted as one would imagine a hockey puck might taste like; dry, cold and rubbery. As if that wasn’t enough, the fries were quite possibly the worst I’ve ever tasted. I never throw away food but that’s exactly what I just did with most of it. and all for the bargain price of $45 including tip. How is this acceptable in an area with wonderful food choices? 

Step it up Greek Town. You keep serving food like this, you’ll have to change your name to Ghost Town!

One positive is that my dogs will have “meaty” dog treats for the next few days.

Omg this place has amazing gyros, chunky and juicy! The prices are certainly exceptional too. 👌Bring a bottle of wine and they'll gladly open it for you. Favorite Greek place in town!!

Best Gyro I've had in awhile.  It's apparent they care about their product.  Place is nice spot to have in Rutherford.

The best Greek gyros I have ever had. Service is great, and the owner remembers his repeat customers.  Generous portions of food.

Fresh, delicious, quick and reasonably priced. Best Gyros in New Jersey!! Maybe even in the WORLD! Do your tummy a favor and try Greektown. No other gyro will ever be good enough!
