Kept having problems with power box so we're unable to run per even after we paid for it. On the upside, it has beautiful sunsets, the showers weren't bad and it was fairly close to where we needed to go.

Staff is nice and courteous. The park could use some more gravel on the road and potholes filled. However, this park is very nice and we have never had any issues with anyone who stays here long or short term.

Our little camper fit nicely at this spot. The staff was wonderful, showers and laundry were nice, I loved the fact that the office had DVDs and books you could go up and get for free, watch and take back next day. Staff knowledgeable about places around the park.

South side resident. Stayed here several months last year and never had any issues. Returned this year, pribably for several months at least, and still have no issues. I have never been on the north side, i cannot comment in the main park. The south side is obviously an overflow lot, no amenities, but nice concrete sidewalks with picnic tables. Neighbors are all very nice and lot is quiet. A lot of us drive diesels and have had no issues.

I gave it four stars beacuse I didn't make it past the front entrance. From what I could see it seemed nice for an RV park. Nothing fancy. The downside is that there is no long term parking in Greeley or Johnstown. There is an KOA in Fort Collins, looks super nice from the website but they want 800 a month for a slip plus electricity. The price will go up in the summer months. We found long term parking on the out skirts of Loveland in the mountains. The downside to that place is that there is no cell service. It was clean, close to hiking trails, and the river.
