It will work when you have no choice. It was $65 a night, and the room is clean, just extremely dated. Small tube tv. They have wifi that is extremely slow and the area only has 3g cell coverage.

Spent the weekend there for a much needed vacation. It was way cool and way retro!!! Perfect motel for the hipster in need of a green vacation or family traveling through. One can go to the geographical center of the U.S, or check out the awesome downtown area. There is a Subway, a couple of cafe's, and other points of interest down the road from the motel. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, air conditioned, and peaceful. A must if you are in the area. Service was awesome!!! Great place also if one was a hunter and needs a place to stay for hunting season.

I couldn't ask for better service anywhere. While still enroute to Red Cloud we called ahead to arrange lodging. Upon finding out that we would arrive quite late (after midnight) the owners went out of their way to make sure that we would be able to get a room for that night. Extremly friendly people, would stay here again anytime. Thanks!
