Absolutely LOVED living here! If we didn’t have to move for our jobs, we definitely would have stayed! Jess was so easy to work with and made our experience so perfect! Also, maintenance is very quick and gets the job done! Highly recommend!

I had the privilege of living at Green Acres Village for two years. Throughout the entire duration of my stay, I felt comfortable, welcome, and at home. The staff is beyond accommodating, and incredibly friendly, willing to provide you with any help that you may need. One of my favorite features of this complex is the safe and beautiful sidewalk areas, surrounded by trees and fellow residents. If you are contemplating different options on where to live in Saginaw, I promise you, this will make an outstanding home. You will be happy with your decision!

A beautiful place to live in with family. I lived here for little more than a year with my wife and three kids . We completely enjoyed living here. Leasing office staffs are very co-operative and understanding. Jessica is very nice and reasonable. Great location. Friendly Environment. Small Gym, big pool and several big play areas for kids. I would definitely suggest to someone who is looking for Apartment in Saginaw county.

I can't thank Jessica in the leasing office and the entire Green Acres staff enough for the last year. I took a job and needed a place very quickly and they were more than accommodating! The apartments are well kept, it's a quiet and safe neighborhood atmosphere, and there is plenty of parking.

I lived in these apartments for over a year and absolutely loved my time here and wish it could have been longer. Their apartments are spacious, clean, and charming. The staff is extremely attentive and good to work with. I always felt safe in these quiet apartments and often would walk to Planet Fitness or Kroger located right around the corner. Green Acres was my first apartment and I am thankful for the time I lived there.
