Had a not so great experience with their customer service. Seeking help with homecoming and one woman was quite rude to myself and the young woman employee helping me. The owner happened to be there and reached out to me after my first review. He assured me there was a plan set in place to improve and offered me store credit to make the situation right.

I placed an order for flowers and they showed up looking nothing like the picture. I was given no notice of the changes. And they were not the same quality. Very disappointed with their customer service. I will NOT be returning to this store.

Disappointed in the end result that showed up at the hospital.  From what the picture looked like when we placed the order.  Offered to fix the problem if I brought them back, I'm an hour and a half away and they are in a hospital room.

I ordered online for same day flower delivery to my Grandmother for her birthday without realizing I would need to be available by phone to set up a delivery time to ensure someone would be home to receive the flowers.  I wasn't able to return the missed call confirming a delivery time until right before the florist was closing and obviously wanted Grandma to get her flowers on her actual birthday.  I spoke with Tyler and he was very understanding and delivered the flowers within 30 minutes from my phone call and let me know he just wanted to make sure he made this right and thanked me for my order.  He even called back and left a message letting me know no one was home when he arrived and that he left the flowers inside the attached garage as I had asked him to do just in case he missed her.  It is so refreshing to deal with people who really care about what they do!  I'm very happy to support this local business.
