Well-kept park in a nice area. Has 2 baseball diamonds, a basketball court, a nice field for playing football or soccer, and nature trails.

This is a lovely park with some 8+ miles of improved hiking/bicycling trails and connections to many other parks. It is well maintained along the East River in by local municipalities and has several large baseball and soccer fields nearby.  The East River unfortunately drains farm and swamp land and is always very muddy with limited visibility. I have never seen edible game fish taken but have seen a few brave kayak paddlers.  The river and trails are home to considerable numbers of large turtles, many birds, deer and other mammals.  I would have given it a 5-star rating if the water quality was better even though it does not rob any beauty from its surroundings.
The trail passing thru the park connects City Stadium Park, Joannes Park, Meyer Park, East River Park, East Lawn Park, Green Isle Park, Parkway River Park, Wiese Park and Ledgeview Park. Beginning at North Baird in Green Bay and ending at Creamery Road in Ledgeview.

Really fun to go here and play Frisbee golf, or even just check out the river.  Used to go here when I was young and catch hermit crabs as they went down the river.

Great family park. Playground, baseball fields, and walking trails next to the river.

Great place for group events like bridal showers and birthday parties. Has a full service kitchen and fireplace as well as a great view.
