I went there today to give someone a quote on a job and this place needs to be condemned.  The trailers are all nasty and packed in like sardines.  Very sketchy people living there.  This is what makes Grand Rapids look bad.

this park has really gone down hill.. no one is ever available in the office and if you can find someone they refuse to help.. the sewage is always backed up .. lots of vandalism and thefts .. roads need repaired ..we have no tornado shelter.. no playground for our children to play. lots of dangerous vacant trailers that need to be repaired or torn down..DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO THE SEX OFFENDERS ARE IN THIS PARK????

I dont i have been trying for three days all hours of the day to get ahold.of someone to see if they have any 3 bedrooms and i get no answer
