ChemDry met all of the five star requirements. They were pleasant on the phone, the appointment was scheduled at a time convenient for my schedule, they showed up on time, and proceeded to clean wherever I pointed. The workers were professional, and the carpets all came out looking professionally cleaned. I did not shop around beforehand, so I really can't talk to competitive pricing, though i considered the final charges reasonable. I would both recommend them and use them again.

The quality of cleaning is excellent and they inform you of any conditions that may need your attention and/or approval. The staff accommodates a schedule I can work with and the overall experience is worth its weight in gold. I like master workmanship accompanied by no headaches or problems. See you soon!
